PhotoSat has found that in general practice surveying data is thought to be more accurate than 20cm. We have found that mapping data is generally thought to be less accurate than 1m. In our experience the transition between the surveying and mapping markets is somewhere between 30cm and 50cm accuracy.
PhotoSat has over 20 accuracy studies from a number of satellites. Learn what levels of accuracy we can achieve from each satellite and what ground control is required for each.
